Cold Friday!!

And wait we will!!! Even though we are impatient by nature, we must trust God to help us over the rough places and help us see that some good can still come to us. I am still thankful that it pleased God to let me be born in America. Even with all her flaws and the many mistakes we all make, America is still the greatest nation on earth.

We are wondering now where all that heat is that we complained about during the Summer months. We have a cold wind today and clouds with NO sunshine. At least we do not have 4' of snow like places in the Dakotas have. Many have no electricity. That would be very bad.

We have a treat to look forward to tomorrow. Courtney and Stephen are preparing a noon meal for us, Jan, Sherlyn and Stephen' parents and sister, Amy. We have not met his parents and it will be good to met the folks who are responsible for raising such a nice, young man. They must be very proud of Stephen and his love for and his dedication to God. I am so glad he and Courtney realize how important it is to build their lives together by serving God. I know they will be blessed and never regret their decisions to put God first in their lives.

I hope everyone is having a great day.
