Grandmother, that is so not fair- having to see that scrumcious peach cobbler. You are the greatest cook- I can smell it all the way back in Okla!!! Some of my best memories are sitting around that dinner table- not having to leave too soon- eating up the good food and good conversation.
Well I hope you guys enjoy Andrew & Kristen this week. They will be there to help with VBS at church, then help granddad in the garden. They agreed that if they got to eat Grandmother food, then they should help in the garden or by mowing the lawn. I'm so blessed to have two children that I can be so proud of. They are growing up much too fast. I'm officially the shortest person in my family now. I want these next few years to slow down- but I bet they will be going in the other direction. Well, maybe next weekend I can pick up the kids and get a chance to sit down around that Family Dinner Table.
