Jan took these pictures this morning as she was driving out of our area. Most of them are taken on the road at the bottom of our hill. No. 6 is the end of Jan's house and the lot South of her house. We have had full sunshine today and our landscape looks totally different tonight than it did this morning. Our temp reached 57º and ALL of our ice is gone. Our streets are completely dry ---BUT!!!! We have promise of freezing rain tomorrow and Saturday. We can hope the forecast is all wrong. We have had enough ice for awhile. We feared we might lose power again today when the wind blew limbs down but so far that hasn't happened. We have at least 5,000 homes in our area that are still without power.
